Andy joined Rushmans in 1994 working to secure contracts with events including the IndyCar World Series, England Soccer and Cricket Internationals, South African Rugby Union Tests, Hong Kong Government hand-over ceremony, Sports Network Boxing World Championship fights, and 1996 Coca-Cola African Cup of Nations.

A Board Director with the original team at Sportbusiness, the leading publication for the international sports industry, he helped secure long term investment for the publication before setting up his own sports consultancy in 1999. This focused on projects including rights and sponsorship sales for pro beach soccer and the start-up of a talent management agency handling premiership footballers.

Andy came back into the Rushmans fold in 2004 to oversee the launch of the International Sports Security Summit. As Head of Rushmans' Conference Division his responsibilities included the International Sports Event Management Conference and Awards - now established as the leading global gathering for the sports event management industry.

He is presently responsible for a number of Rushmans projects including the Marshgate Lane Broadcast Facility overlooking the Olympic Park and Rushmans Total Management offering for Olympic Houses, Federation Pavilions and Sponsor Hospitality Parks.
