Nicola joined Rushmans in June 2007 as Event Manager.

Nicola has helped co-ordinate many of the Rushmans projects including involvement in the ICC World Twenty20 in South Africa in 2007 and in the West Indies in 2010. She was also responsible for the event management of the international conferences ISEM and ISSS in 2008 and 2009. Nicola also played a key role in the developed the International Sports Event Management Awards from their inception in 2007 to the present day.

Previously Nicola worked for WHSmith PLC in a variety of commercial and operational project based roles, as well as organising three of the company's annual conference and awards programme. As General Manager, Nicola is responsible for supporting Nigel Rushman and the senior team on current projects, new business opportunities and day to day management of the business.

Nicola has completed three London Marathons, a half-iron man and since retiring from hockey has taken up triathlon. In which she qualified to represent Great Britain for her age group at the ITU World Triathlon Championships in Budapest in 2010 and will be doing the same in 2012 at the ITU European Championships in Eliat.
