Paul originally trained as an accountant and auditor. Prior to joining Rushmans he worked as a Senior Associate for Ernst & Young South Africa, the global leaders in accounting and tax services.

Paul originally joined the team five years ago as Accreditation Manager at the ICC Twenty20 World Cup 2007 working on the Rushmans Accreditation and Ticketing System (RATS). Paul has a strong systems background with an inherent attention to detail and as part of the Rushmans management team completed an appointment providing accreditation services for all the 2010 motorsport events at the iconic Yas Marina Circuit and Drag Raceway - including the 2011 Etihad Airways Formula One Grand Prix, FIA GT1 World Championships, GP2 Series and Aussie V8 Supercars. Paul’s fondness for the GCC region has grown and Paul was back in Abu Dhabi for a lengthy stay in 2011 as Rushmans Accreditation Consultant for the 2011 Etihad Airways Formula One project.

Paul is like many of the other Rushmans team, an avid traveller and in between Rushmans project appointments is to be found in some corner of the globe experiencing new cultures.
